I just want to know I took my vaccination covidshield 37 days back..so can I take my second dose few days early.. As now vaccines r out..so I had one to option to give tomorrow. So can I take my second shot few days earlier??? It's very important as  I am  old we I don't know know whom to ask kindly help Can I take the second dose of covidshield???? Thank you Vishal bebnath

It's better to take 2nd dose of vaccine between 6 to 8 weeks gap . Later is better.

Yes you can take vaccination a few days early.... But taking it a bit longer will help in immunity for a longer period of time. As seen in patients.

Yes the second shot of the vaccine can be taken a bit earlier...but as studies suggest, the efficacy of the vaccine is amplified if taken between 6-8 weeks from the first dose.
