Cold started due to dust allergy at home,2 days back now there is light fever and cough as well. Im taking following medicines Dolo 650 Azee 500 Becozym c forte Vitchew CZ Rancer 150 Evocet (only when allergy is there) Rexcof DX All above meds once a day

Hi , I tested positive and have no covid symptoms from past 5 days.should I continue to take the doses for fever and other as prescribed before? It's my 11 th day today. Can I stop taking medicines for fever and others prescribed when diagnosed with covid.
