Flu

Hello Doc., My mother, 56, currently in her post covid recovery stage. She had HRCT score of 11/25. she has no comorbidities. Her Spo2 saturation is 96-98 %. It is her 18th day. She completed a 5 days course of Azithromycin 500 mg, Fabiflu, Doxy 100mg for 10 days, Ivermectin 12mg for 5 days and Methylpredisonol 8 mg for 12 days, Naxdom 500 mg 10 days. Her doctor didnot prescribe her any blood thinner. My question is 1) Do we need to continue Methylpredisonol? if no, then how we wean off/taper this medicine? 2) Do she need to follow any other medicine for pneumonia? I appreciate your answers.

Hello sir My sister age 26 bp is 103/75 is this normal or not her symptoms is feeling low and sleepy Spot 95 to 97 Loose stools came around 8 per day  and reduced after consulting doctor and prescribed darolac tablet... But she feels sleepy why not understood pls advice .. Thankyou doctors

My mom is a cardiac patient (having diabetes too) . She is currently having cough since yesterday. Cough is not quite frequent though, thrice a day or so. But when it starts, it persists for around 30 seconds or so. There is no sputum with it. And no other symptoms of covid e.g. fever, weakness or flu-like feeling, shortness of breath etc. Should she Immediately go for covid test? Please suggest.

It started from yesterday morning when loose motions started. I went 6 to 7 times a day. Then it stopped and fever started. What can be done as fever is still thre. Already took pcm once.

I am going for covid vaccination shall I take Modalert 100mg (Modafinil 100mg) in morning before food and continue taking daily?

I not getting sleep last 15-20 days. And I have Also a problem of itching below knee in both legs. So I walk here and there in complete night.

She is having cough with sticky mucus. Constant throat cleaning. I have offered her Mox 500 and grilinctus cough syrup. Not much relief. Please advise.

Hello, my son is one year old. Recently he had mosquitos bite on his hands and legs. He has developed allergy, rashes and hard boils, watery liquid is oozing from rashes. Wat to apply? Coconut oil is not working for this. Kindly check attached pics
