Flu

3weeks back I had covid symptoms cold, cough, fever, loss of smell and taste. Visited doctor and he took x-ray. He diagnosed as mild infection is there and took blood test to check the CRP level which was at 65%. CT Scan was everything normal. He gave drips for few days for which I had to go to hospital twice in a day. Due to that I consulted other doctor. He gave me tablets for a week and asked me to home quarantine. I was fine in those days and took Rapid test on the 8th day which showed negative. Now after 3days I my temperature is between 98.1-98.8F and diarrhea. He prescribed me zinc sulphate, vit-c and omega3 tablets which am taking for 3days. Should I worry since temperature is around 98.1-98.8F and diarrhea. Diarrhea is like very watery stools for like 4 times in a day since Sunday. Any suggestions

I have recently recovered from covid. Today is 22nd day after first symptom. I did some blood test on day 10 where cbc was fine , crp was fine , d dimer was fine , feritinin was fine , LDH was little high (272) and Esr was high (51). Do I need to do some blood test , ecg , echo etc now ? Rest all is fine but I get tired easily still( like after 10 minutes of walking ).

I recovered from covid. One week hospitalisation, then home. For last one week I am facing faint like situation after dinner. BP 100/60, swelling in feet, having headache also. I feel like that I am getting unconscious. Taking proper and healthy diet.Right now I am taking multivitamin, thyronorm 37.5. My KFT, ECG, Protein serum is normal. Urine report not normal. History of kidney stones, and frequent urine infection. My ANA is positive. Pls guide. Why is it happening?

Taken vaccine on 7th at 11am got fever at 5pm 100.3. at 10pm same day fever touch 101. Take medicine pcm at both the time gap of 6hr. On 8th fever continued 102 in morning in night touches 103. Got water drapped patti @ pcm . It effect last for 2 hr again fever started On 9th at 5:30 am temp again 104 taken Pati and medicine whole day fever was at 99.5 so not taken medicine in night but having bit cold and cough which was happen on vaccine day 7th only still continue. Today on 10 th morning at 6am fever again 100 Iam bit confuse it due to vaccine or other reason Pl suggest need to isolate my self.

Currently I am taking pills. Can I take vaccine? If yes.. can I continue taking pills after vaccination.
