Castor oil for constipation
My father (77 age) is highly constipated so ayurvedic doc suggested 3 tsf of castor oil every night.
Is it safe to take castor oil regulary ?
I hope it does not impact in long run ?
Any other way to cure it permanently and without long term side effects ?
