How to manage bilateral ovarian chocolate cyst? I do not prefer surgery because after surgery it may reccur. Now I am an unmarried girl of age 26. I want at least more 3 years to control it without surgery. After 3 years I can married and then before conception it may be going to surgery if necessary by the advice of doctor. At present I am on taking dienogest 2 mg daily for almost 17 months. Told me about how can I controlle it? Continue this tablet? Or others medical option available? Last usg report on April, 2021: R. Ovarian cyst of size 1.7*1.3 CM & L. Ovarian cyst size 3.0*2.7 CM. R. Ovary volume: 9 cc L. Ovary volume: 32 cc. Impression: Bilateral ovarian cyst showing internal echoes within. ( Bilateral endometrial/chocolate cyst)

My husband has recently recovered from covid And his D-Dimer result is 0.32. Normal is supposed to be 0.50. Is there anything to be worried abound or any doctor or medical intervention needed?

My aunt recovered from Covid but is complaining of severe headache and saying that all the teeth are paining for last couple of days.. She is from village and doctors there are not so sure about the problem. should we worry about this or consider this as normal headache. Or do we have to worry about Black fungus as a possibility. Hi dr. I had vividh 19 on 16th April and recovered. I did not went through test but symptoms were same. It took 14 days to recover. Will it possible to have Covid 19 again. Today I have temperature 99.3 at 4PM . Please let me know what should I do. Is there any thing to worry.

Please help me. My husband was Covid-19 positive. Which was diagnosed on 22/4/21. His Ct scan resulted10/25.He recovered after 10days. On 8/5/21I got him tested for CRP which scored 1.41.Now since 15/5/21(after25days )he again had fever about 100°.I gave him Dolo 650. Today16/5/21I got CRP tested again which scored 3.21.What should I do . What does this mean.What all medicines to be given as earlier also I treated him in home isolation .Now I am worried.  Please reply soon .
