  4. Chest Xray. Anything to be concerned?

I had a pain in the right side of the chest while taking deep breath. So I took chest Xray on May 22, 2021. Today the result has come. Findings are given below. Heart size normal. Lungs shows increased vascular marking in the basel region with minimal pneumonitis right lower lobelobe. For further evaluation. What does the report mean? Anything to be concerned?
