Flu

I got chest pain on night before yesterday. It seems like that I have gastric issue and I took ENO that day. Next day it feels like I have fever but temparature measured is 97°.  I am shivering when I stand up and feeling pain on feet and weakness. Please prescribe any medicine or activity to overcome the health condition.

My wife is having weakness and nausea from few days now. Her appetite has also gone down. We have not done any blood/ RT PCR tests so far. Please help

Its been more than 30 days since I got tested negative for Covid ,but I am still experiencing extreme Weakness. My SgpT is 106 and and Sars  cov 2 antibodies are 6.42 (reactive) , I am still very concerned about weakness as After doing some normal work I feel very tired . What is the spo2 and another one normal range. My mother age 61 and father age 67. They both suffering from headache cold and mild fever for 2 days. Yesterday they had tablets cap- Doxycycline Tab - flucold and tab- wysolone 10mg. Mother putting thyroid tablet 25mg and father 100 mg.. My doubt is 1. normal range for spo2 and another one? 2. Shall we give these tablets for them. From 2 days they are not well. 3. Along with this tablet shall we give dolo 650. 4. They both put covishield vaccine of 1dose on 30th April.. after vaccine they was fine. But now for 2days they had headache mild fever cold. Kindly explain in detail. Thanks

I have got my 1st dose of covieshield on 14.05.2021. Since I am feeling cold and very high fever with full body pain and sickness in full body. I have consult a doctor and they gave me some medicines and paracetamol tablet and inject a injection and a tonic for immunity level strong. Now I am feeling well. Should i stop medicine now or keep going.

In march I contracted with covid after medicine n diet and isolation i faced hard stool after that i noticed fresh red blood n sensation with passing stool it's not regular but it accure often if i use ointment n syrup it stops..!! I confused it is fisher or something else
