My vaccination slot given tomorrow, my close contacts suspected to have covid, I don't know whether I have it. If I go on to get the vaccine tomorrow, will it create any problem if I am actually positive? Please help.

Now fever remains 98° in morning, but after 10:00 AM it rises upto 99°. Currently not taking any medicine. Is it normal ? CBC and CRP tests were done on 4 May. They were normal. Are any other tests required ?
