Black fungus scare

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Hello, I have a rash and swelling on my facez below my ears and my left ear lobe and it pains. I have consulted a physician in Practo and he prescribed Allegra yesterday and I have taken it but the swelling and pain has not gone. Please Advise.
