My brother diagnosed with COVID on 04 May and from then till date is in home isolation. He took following medicines
Dolo , Azithromicin, Doxycycline, Zincovit, VitC and since 10 May no significant symptoms had been observed. He got D- dimmer test done on 20 May and the reading is 0.3.
Yesterday he has experienced a body temperature of 99.5 ( felt feverish) and also could not sleep in the night.
Please suggest further course of action

Can do temperature charting thrice daily, take paracetamol sos for Fever.
