Urine infection and fewer
Hello Doctor, Since from last few days (3 days) my father is not feeling as getting burning sensation while peeing and that in-turn gets affect raising the body temperature to 99-101 F. Did a couple of tests and here are the details. CRP is positive Albumin is positive Creatinine level is 1.5 mg/dl D. C. Neutrophils 81% Pus cells 18-20 Is the symptoms pointing to covid-19? Currently, we're in hospital to consult the doctor and then go for medication. The question here is , how severe it is?

Hello, well it seems to be a case of urinary tract infection and not Covid and a course of antibiotic would suffice.
Next Steps
He seems to be having renal issues as well.Is he suffering from Diabetes.I would suggest you get his blood sugar levels checked.
Health Tips
Proper antibiotic with good sugar control(if diabetic) and adequate hydration would help him out of this.

He is having urinary tract infection as per report.  Without antigen or rtpcr test not possible to say about corona.  UTI is not a symptoms of covid. 
Next Steps
he needs more evaluation,  urine culture etc
