Dextromethorphan + Guaifenesin – 2 tsp, 2–3 times daily after food.Warm fluids and steam inhalation 2–3 times daily.
Paracetamol if fever or body ache is present.
Avoid cold drinks, smoking, and dust exposure.
If cough persists beyond 5–7 days, or if you develop fever, breathlessness, chest pain, or blood in sputum, please consult a physician for examination.
