I was taking cital 5ml twice a day for 5 days
Urine infection cured for one day only once I completed course of 5days stopped medicine next day again urine infection started
So may I start cital syrup again
If I can start for how many days can I take?
If after taking one day I see urine infection cured so can I stop?

For every time u no need to take cital syrup. Require detail information about urine infection and duration or any fever any pain. Kindly consult

Take antibiotics along with it.
Tab doxy 100 mg 0-1-0 for 7 days . Along with cital syrup.
