I recovered from covid pneumonia about a month ago. When can I start exercising and what should be the intensity?

As suggested by company fabidlu is used to treat covid patients with mild symptoms and should start as early as detected. I have get information from many local doctor and. Medical practitioner that till you low infection no need to take fabiflu but it should be used only for mild covid patients so why many doctors not perscribe fabiflu initially if patient does not have any other problem like allergy, diebetic , not preganant and like normal patient

Hi Doctors, My father is COVID positive and got first symptom on 3rd May. Yesterday(ie 16th day from first symptom) we did Chest X ray PA view. My brother is having shortness of breath from last 6 days. The problem is not all time , sometime in a day he feel so. No other symptoms. He took 2 itpcr test and one rapid test for covid. In one pcr it showed +ve but in other two negative . Oxygen level is also above 96. Hence plz let us know whether he has covid or not

Hrct scan done on 15th May. CT score was 16. Crp was 42. Then Took prescription from doctor. Now I M feeling better. Spo2 95. Should I go for hrct scan again. ?? Or what is method to check my recovery.. pls suggest. How I decide that I am recovering...
