Fever at night
7-8 days back i had stomach pain and loose motion. Stomach pain gone after taking antibiotics. Loose motion also controlled. But since 6-7 days i am having mild fever in night goes till 99.9.
After taking dolo it settles down. Could it be due to stomach infection or need to be checked?
