What is difference between diziness and vertigo....how can i assure that diziness is not vertigo? Please help me

as a ent surgeon i can tell u there is a very thin line between the two. vertigo usually has a vetibular origin while dizzness can be due to low blood pressure also. i can clealry deleniate the between them by detailed history only.
