Difference between ultrasound breast and ultrasound sonomammogram? Because in diagnostic there are 2 types of tests available which should I prefer . my age is 24 . My breast size is 34 but am feeling lumpiness in left and right from upper quadrant to lower but in left it's more . No family history of breast cancer .

At your age (24 years), breast ultrasound and sonomammogram are essentially the same test – both refer to an ultrasound scan of the breast. It uses sound waves (no radiation) and is the preferred first-line investigation in younger women, as the breast tissue is usually dense and mammogram (X-ray based) is less useful.
Since you are feeling lumpiness, it is a good idea to get a breast ultrasound/sonomammogram done. This will help the doctor see whether it is normal glandular tissue, cyst, or any other lesion. If anything suspicious is found, your doctor may advise further tests.
