Post covid (Home isolation recovery) after taking all vit c, zinc etc for 15 days. Now any medicine to take or nebulization required. Any lab tests to conduct. Please suggest. Only weekness I am feeling. Covid tenure was 19th April to 7th May 2021.

My daughter got vaccinated on 20.05.2021 and she developed fever and loose motion from 21.05.2021. My daughter is currently in remote area of Manipur and it's difficult to get branded medicines there. Can you suggest any medicine for loose motion which may be easily available across India even in remote areas?

My father had corona with CT scan 12/25 level almost 28 days ago .After the medication done ,he is now in normal condition and taking rest.But some time 2-3 times till now after having everything normal he is now having problem in breathing for some time .he start taking fast breath and feel as chest is heavy.he had his test 10 days ago and the report photo is attached I want to know that whether it's normal or there may be any problem still left? I have been tested covid positive past 9 days, I have been taking medicines and I got CT SCAN done and CT severity score is 1 which indicates as mild viral pnemonia, but I still feel fever about 99.5 and sop2 level comes down to 93 before it reaches 96, kindly guide me is it okay to be taking treatment at home also how many days does it takes for me to recover fully.

I am a covid survivor, my rt pcr came negative 9 days ago it was a mild case, my hrct score was zero my d dimer few days back was .35 and crp was 2.3. But few days back I felt burning sensation in my chest followed by niddle like pain I consulted to a physician and then a cardiologist both suggested acid reflux and asked me to some daily life changes which I did,but since yesterday day I am feeling burning sensation in the middle of my chest where ribs meet,sometimes with moderate and sometimes with mild intensity,today I checked my stool it's one side was dark green and other was faded yellow,but consistency was normal,i dont feel vomit or pain in my stomach am taking antacids (superia dsr and mucain gel) in morning which doesn't make any improvement. I dont smoke or drink ,I am eating only home cooked food without oil with green salad,I dont have any underlying decease
