I have pain upside chest and just like pressure on veins when I stand up I felt shortness of breath and after I sit down I fell normal but I am having this issue before periods.. what is the problem

Can stress also causes fever and headache as from yesterday I am not feeling well enough due to stress caused of online classes.

Hi.. My sister in law aged 35 yrs tested positive for covid 30 days back.she was admitted in hospital with mild symptoms. She was given Remidesivir also alng with her husband whose oxygen levels fell upto 92.They were discharged from hsptl 18 days back. She has insomnia prblm since her childhood. Now she has been suffering from right side head ache. If she is lying on bed, the pain is getting worse and she couldn't sleep at all. Earlier she used GABANTIP AT for same prblm. Can she use that medicine now or is there any prblm as she had just recovered from covid with severe weakness and slight body pains.. Plz rply

I am having neck stiffness continuing with pain in both  occipital area to neck area pain is there. Sometimes shoulder pain also.from the last 2-3 days i am also having slight shakking of both hands also. Does the symptoms shows a serious disease?. Please suggest me.

Doctor , When can I break my isolation? ,I have 1st symptom on 2nd.may ,completed 21 days but my fever is in between 98.4 to 99.5 ,no other symptom.
