N Salivation is excess .can't talk also .I am 4 month pregannt is this pregancy syptoms I have search on internet also ..

Sir, My age is 32 I tested positive on 06-5-2021 After 15 days completion I went test rt pcr In that result detected value 21 Both nazal and throat. My Wife tested positive about 30days ago and therafter my mom Tested positive, she just had cleared her 15 days quarantine period and symptoms were mild. Now My son age 5years, from 2 days having cold and sneezing and feeling chills also but we checked thoroughly but no fever etc. Is that sign of covid? Also what can be done at home to cure.
