I want medical & fitness certificate bcoz i was having typhoid fever from last 2 weeks..and i want to join office from tomorrow so that i can submit it and rejoin my duty.

About 15 days back had diagnosed with Typhoid. There was cough with mucus. Medications was there.. Now cough is cured. And as per the doctor typhoid is also treated. Very much weakness was there. But after recovering from this everyday in the evening, severe headache starts along with the pain in the whole body.. feels like having fever even when the temperature is normal in the thermometer. RT-PCR and Rapid antigen covid test is negative.

Hello sir Mother age 45 can she drink lemon water in that 4 tea spoon honey to boost immunity .. she feels sometimes weekness .. Her pulse is 95 to 98 Pls advice just advice can we or anyone can take or not .. If taking this it will flush out waste toxins from body ..
