Today morning I have check my sugar leval half hour after breakfast random sugar had done showing 136 please confirm is it normal Before this I am eating 2 bread butter one glass of tea

You have to check after 8 hrs of fasting and 2 hours after a meal. Random sugar above 200 with signs like increased urination/increased thirst and weight loss is diagnostic of diabetes.
