I have faced issues like sleeping disorder, low BP, poor health condition like under weight, eye problem due not getting enough sleep, heavy acidity, irregular menstrual cycle due to poor health condition and lose of appetite due to frequent shift changes in odd hours and night shift. I have consulted to a doctor at my hometown and was doing better however I recently fell sick due to which I again started getting the same issues. If I continue to do rotational shift or night shift it can harm me on a longer run. Please help me to provide a certificate to my organisation to avail fixed day or evening shift till I get better so that it won't affect me in a longer run in my life. Thank you
