I am addicted towards mobile so much. I have studies to do I know that but still watch mobile Facebook Instagram YouTube etc. Mobile addiction has affected my sleep and studies. 1. How to concentrate on studies, I cannot sit for a long time.?? I have lot to study?? 2. How to get rid of mobile addiction?

Dear Doctor ! it's been almost 21 days completed my home Isolation, and recovering. But still there are some post symptoms presenting such as sinusitis like headache, a mile eyes pain, hot flush, a feverish like sention upto afternoon, and sweating alot specifically forehead areas, mild itchiness and rashes, joint pain like knees and elbows including lethargy. Even though I took regularly proper medicines and other precautions and as a reminder I wasn't used any steroids only antibiotics were given to me. And before the time of covid I was treating as an arthritic patent So should be worried any kind mucus related issues or some other infections or its my previous arthritis based issues are occurring. Hello doctors, After taking a first dose of coviesheild vaccine I got mild fever for one day . Today morning while brushing I got lil cough a mild one don't have any pain and I don't have constant cough ,I have allergies issues daily I take citrizen before bed so that I can stop sneezing but I feel liking coughing but cough is mild or what is it I am confused. If it is cough suggest me some medicine.
