I am allergic to Augmentin 625 and get rashes all over my body. Is this anaphylactic reaction? I want to take the COVID vaccine - "COVAXIN", so can I take it even if I'm allergic to the medicine mentioned above?

Hi, My mom passed away with covid on May 7th. I have made some interaction with her. On May 8th, I have taken 1st dose vaccine and 4 days back I underwent rapid test and the result was negative. But yesterday night I have body pains. No symptoms of cough, cold, headache.  Taken dolo today. Should I go for any further tests? I was under medication for 5 days in the last week - zincovit, ivermectin, doxy. Should I take them again?
