Can we take vaccine during 4th day of mensuration? Is it safe? Is it good to take covishield vaccine? please guide me

Last night i suden wake up at midnight with fear thought any stranger in house after waking up i immediately running to check all doors, then suddenly i feel dizziness and also feel racing heartbeat Is this dizziness is serious or test required to ruleout any problem althought i never had this problem before.? I am a patient of endometriosis. since jan 2020 I take Emersa 2 mg daily by my doctor. I also think that i am covid positive on April 14,2021 but my Rtpcr test was negative on 26/04/21. But i was all symptom fever, extreme cough. At that time all the medicine I use Lycefenac, paracetamol, amoxiclin, aceloc 150,montelukust, Cough syrup. Now I am recovery almost 2 weeks from covid. Now I see on news that covid recovery patient got affected by black fungus. Now I have no symptom but i am now fear about that can i may be affected by black fungus? As I am use Emersa tablet. Is emersa 2mg  a steroid tablet.??I am non diabetic.

I'm a nightshift worker with a poor diet who rarely gets any sun so was prescribed uprise D3 60k  due to vit d deficiency for 12 weeks along with zincovit for b12 deficiency. Can I continue to take d3 60k and zincovit because my lifestyle doesn't really change because of my shifts ?

I was. Diagnosed with mild covid pneumomia 1 month back and. I was om steriods for 18 days. As i. Have reovered and stopped steriod. How much it take to regain my original immunity as it has been said steriod suppresses immunity. And how much time it take for steriod withdrawl symptom to go. No disease history.. No diabetes history.
