You report are normal. Is pain associated with diarrhoea or constipation? Is there any associated fever? Is there history of burning while passing urine? Need some history to evaluate the cause and treat accordingly. Consider getting USG done if pain increases

Hi this is normal . Nil means Zero meaning it is absent. I don’t know why the lab did not use standard language ! Don’t worry it’s the same as absent .
