  4. Lump on neck. Pic, it appears as lump.

Lump on neck
It appears she's got lump on her neck or that's what she thinks it is. It's recently started to happen for days now or she just noticed that in this month. Btw, the redness on skin around it happened because she was grabbing it so that's got nothing to do with problem itself. And as I mentioned, she can grab it. Ps: It appears totally normal when she keeps her neck straight. Only by tilting the neck into opposite direction of lump as can been seen in pic, it appears as lump.
