I lifted heavy cylinder with fingers 4 days ago. Now I am having numbness in middle fingers of both hands. Would it go away on its own? If yes, is there any remedy to fasten the recovery process?

Got my blood test done 1 month back, have high vitamin D deficiency and heamoglobin is 8.8 My ESR is 70 wherein it should be between 0-20. Please suggest the best multivitamin and if I should take Aprise D3 capsules or not.

My brother aged 44 has diabetes and recently checked his random blood sugar at home (3.5 hours after breakfast). His random blood sugar was 259. Tommorow, he has Covid 19 vaccination scheduled by his workplace. Two questions.. 1. Can he go ahead and take vaccination with high random blood sugar or should be need to wait to first bring it under control? 2. If ok to proceed, Should he continue to take regular sugar tablet tommorow before vaccination?

I feel a bit pressurized pain whenever i wake up or do something pressuring my shoulder or elbow i feel the pain in shoulders and back slightly lower to my back shoulders... is it because i sleep too much on the side ir facing any other problems... please help me m freaking out.. and i am facing this after lockdown cause i spend too much on bed or is it maybe i smoke cigarretes?

Hi doc, my mother age 60, has been feeling a lot of weakness for last 1 month now. Her CBC, blood sugar tests were done. Everything came normal but she is still feeling very weak. We are currently giving her vitamin d3 weekly and calcium (osto calcium) twice every day. Kindly suggest us some medications that could benefit her and improvements can be seen quickly. Please advise.

It has been almost15days I got recovered from covid..but now again I am facing sore throat ..?Why Pls tell the reason ...it is serious

My oximeter reading has always been around 95-96. Only once in a while it touches 98. A few times it has come down to 92-93. 4 days back my reading was 96. Day before & today my reading is around 92. This has been the case for  almost a month now. My pulse also is over 100 at times. I am normal otherwise. No issues whatsoever. Took my first dose of covishield on 7th May.

She is having perspiration continously near her head. Continous headache is also there. Her head temperature is very low as compared to whole body temperature. It's cold. She is having this problem from last 2 months. Recently got covid positive and today is the 15th day. Plz suggest what to do.
