The black dot in mouth and after peeling off bright reddish lesion with finger may be mucormycosis or black fungus. Don't neglect.

Do not worry, reinfection so early is least likely  as you have developed antibodies against covid-19.
Next Steps
smell and taste will take time to come back.
Health Tips
black fungus is more likely in uncontrolled diabetic, patients on humidified oxygen,on prolonged steroids, and immunodeficient.

There is no chance to reinfect so fast. Still just wait for 2-3 days, if you notice any new symptoms, consult.
