Bleeding from rectum
While in pooping I am getting problem. Blood come from rectum and stool.it happens from 4 days. Please suggest

Its could be piles or a fistula. Is there history of constipation?? Are your stools hard? Need some history for proper evaluation. Need to start on:- Tab. Daflon Tab. Zivi dsr Proctosedyl ointment Povidone iodine Syp. Cremaffin Sitz bath Avoid eating spicy oily food for sometime Avoid straining while passing stools Increase your water uptake Eat Fibre Rich diet

Main cause is persistent constipation which leads in piles ,fissure etc,increase liquid suppliments,use fiber food ,can consult on practo
