I am covid negative... I was having mild symtoms About 4 days back my quarantine was over.. I am fine now But my nose is blocked Can i use vicks inhaler?

Hello Sir/Ma'am. Recently i have having mild headaches and pain in my back head side and neck (head joint), round shape joint Jaw side (back) also. I don't know what to do. I can't visit the Doctor right now. And also, my throat has a lump which causes pain and irritation since 2018. And in 2017, I had started having pain and ringing noise in my both ears (mainly right one). Maybe, Tinnitus and also also heavy sharpness to any sound. Hope its not hearing loss. I feel my right ear is somewhat muffled or half closed. I had a little incident that a guys elbow hit my jaw in 2018. Doc isn't able to find out yet whether is fracture or not. Maybe TMJ i guess. Recently, removed my wisdom teeth (right side ones) in Feb 2021. hoping for a quicker reply asap. Thank You!

Hi Dr, I have got cobid vaccination scheduled for Friday. Pls let me know which vaccine shall I prefer covishield or covaxin? Initially it had come in news that people on blood thinners should not take covaxin. Pls advise I am under treatment for DVT since last few months and taking eliqius 5 mg twice daily since then Also, if I have to take vaccination on Friday, 28th May afternoon , then from when shall I stop eliqius? Shall I use the same injection which is used regularly by all for vaccination or is there any separate injection that can b used for added safety from hematoma?

My brother, age 16, is suffering from COVID 19. He is having this symptom stuffy jammed nose with a foul smell. Basically he is not able to sense other smells and also there is loss of taste. But a common foul smell is always persisting. What should we do to get rid of it? Can antihistamines help, will it be safe?
