No food restrictions. Everybody heals at their own pace. Generally 3 months. Let your body heal. Take adequate rest. Increase protein intake and fluids in diet

Post covid tiredness comes down slowly,it can take upto 3months also for some people. No restriction in food.Take protein rich diet.
