Facial swelling post covid recovery

Asked for Male, 28 Years

My father is having swelling in face and legs post covid recovery. This is there from more than a month. During the treatment he was given oxygen. Apart from swelling, there is no pain or any other issues in face and legs. Please advise what this could be
