Headche started
Hello sir
Age 30 day alternative day headche is coming may I know reasons.. pls tell I wake up at 5am and will eat chapati at 6am 2 chapatis .. and report to job at 630am.
And I do lunch at 3pm.. so long gap for meals also casue headche or stress also pls tell clarity and tips and any tablet pls advice..

I have iron deficiency anemia with hemoglobin 7.1,Total Wbc count 12700 cells/cumm, platelet count 3.76 lakhs/cumm. Due to heavy period (more than 5 years) , I am become anemic. I too have skin allergy for so many years. Allergic to certain food like brinjal, sea fish... Can I have my Covid vaccine?
