My head is very heavy. Bosy is paining. Feeling very uncomfortable and dizzy. Diabetes 77 after breakfast B.P. 150/100 after dinner

LFT test report is attached. Please suggest me the treatment. Biluribin level is high. Had been going through stomach pain for the past few days.

I am suffering from stomach ache from 29 may (morning) and I got mild fever on 29 (evening) . Both my fever and stomach ache are on and off . Max fever till now - 99.6F . I also had loose motion (very less) but now they are ok  . My blood report is normal. What can be the matter . Please guid . Also can it be covid ?

I am on colchicine twice a day since last 5 months by my rheumatologist for pain. I took covishield 25 days back. Since then I am having headache, chest heaviness. There are recommendations on social media to take Aspirin 75mg for one month after covishield to avoid blood clots. What tests I must undergo. Can I start Aspirin with colchicine. Is it required. Or I should ignore the problems. I also take hypertension medicine Telma 40mg and revelol xl 25mg once a day.

My father recently recovered from covid infection he had CT score of 14. He has completed his 20 days after recovery. He is taking multivitamin tablets and sugar tablets as prescribed by doctor. Sugar tablets started after covid infection. Does he need to go for CRP and D-Dimer test after his recovery and any other blood test...? And how long his sugar tablets  need to be co to be continued.? Please guide ..

Hi Doctor, My friend is facing sore throat and dry cough from morning today. She gas exercised today for 1.5 hours and is eating right. She felt her breathing was heavy and she measured her spo2- which came as 96% . Her temperature was 36.1 Centigrade. Please advice. Regards
