Nose bleeding

Asked for Female, 47 Years

My brother suffers from nose bleeding since childhood. Mostly in summers when it is too hot . From last four days approximately he nose bleeds 6 , 7 times. Sometimes it bleeds for little long time and sometimes it immediately stops after pouring water on head. So want to know why this problem occurs. Is there any other reason behind this or it is only because of summers? Help him!

In summer due to high temperature air is temperature is very high leading to dryness of nasal mucosa resulting in crusting of nasal mucosa nd people usually try to clean it leading to small abrasion and bleeding. Small vessels open in nasal mucosa . Can easily be controlled with nose pinching no need to pour water .
