I have forehead pain for last 10 days. have also taken some medicine for head pain. But not work what to do

I had typhoid in april and recovered successfully... But after 15 day in april end having acidity problem.. some times burning in chest and some times pain in back... Tummy feel bloated... Sometimes cause breathing issue... And some time tightness in tonsils and jaw... I tried so many medicines and remedies but didn't get full  relief... Why this happens and could u pls help in recovering from this issue and suggest treatment...

Tested positive on May 20th..  Doxycycline, paracetamol, pantoprozole 40mg, tap- methylprednisolone 8mg, cap becosules zinc and fulka 150mg.Home isolation. No diabetic.. for 5 days my tongue is in mild bluish colour. What is the reason? I'm taking becoluses zinc and dexorange syrup now.. sp02 is 96 97 like that. From yesterday headache also there. Is there any problem? Can I take steaming?

Hi Thanks in advance. I Face daily neck pain and headache throught the day with slight diziness. Unable to concentrate as i am constantly worried about what is happening to me. I feel pain especially while working , sitting on laptop. Pain usually goes away when i lie down. What will be the issue ?

Doc prescribed clonafit 0.50MD once a day but he didn't said that how to take, Shall I take it with water? Or Put it on tongue and let it melt?

My father had low Hb( 11.1) and low platelets (68000) Doctor advised to take dexorange syrup twice and since platelets were less we were told to keep a check on any signs of internal bleeding. It's been 1 week since starting dexorange and since today morning he had dark colour stool No pain in stomach, or stains of blood. Is this due to iron supplement syrup or internal bleeding. Please help
