My mother 52 yrs having sugar but under control (fasting 124 and pp 140)now having heel pain in the morning from 1 month and also feeling hot flushes still not reaching out to menopause. Can she take vitamin D3 60k for 1 month? Can vitamin D trigger blood sugar level.?
