Mouth ulcer
I have got mouth ulcer. It's been 2 days it still there. I have used smile gel to apply on to it. What if it persist for longer period?

Increase your water intake. Avoid spicy food. It will heal with 3-4 days. Keep applying Smile gel. You can also use mucopain to numb the pain over the ulcer site. You can take folvite MB or becosules 1 every day for a few days.

Yes as a ENT surgeon I can guide you that alone gel will not work there are many reason for oral ulcer starting from mutivitamin deficiency to oral cancer early stage. One other common reason is sharp tooth impinging our oral mucosa. Need a clear history to rule out the other causes to reach a conclusion from the image it look like apthous ulcer
