Low hemoglobin,high Mcv
Recently i fought against covid,and doctor advised me to do cbc test.in which my hemmoglobin rate shows 11.4(normal range female 13 to 15 gm/dl).and my Mcv rate is 108.9(normal range 80 to 100 fl).
Do i need to worry about it?is it serious?

Your cbc levels are very mildly derrannged.
It's common to see it post covid recovery phase.
Take proper multivitamin and rest.
Can also take syp for increasing hb levels.
As such no need to worry.
