Endoscopic report say Duodenum D1: Multiple superficial small ulcers D2: Effaced D2 mucosa I was having loose stool yellow and left sided abdominal pain below rib cage

Actually I do have one sided headache , from two days I am having one sided headache that to mild , I am vaccinated with covishield vaccine 10 days back on the first day I got fever and hand pain ,next day I am totally alright. After 10 days I got headache and my hand to which I got vaccine is some what paining at some times ,is it related to side effects of vaccine or it is normal migraine which I usually have, I am listening there were blood clots for who took  covishield vaccine ,is my problem related to that , please clear my doubt

Dr, i am feeling slight tightness  band or discomfort on my back side of head ,neck upper part and back side of ears feels discomfort ,when i turn my head eyes gets foggy for secs ,i cant stand properly on single position feels like body rocking,sometimes feels light dizzy and unable to talk more or loudly if i talks my head gets foggy. Please suggest anything , i was suffering from past 8months.

Hi doctor, I have been experiencing gastritis frequently maybe due to beer consumption. While I have started to reduce the frequency of consumption, I would like to know what lifestyle changes can be made to avoid gastritis.
