Can sinarest be taken after covid vaccination (Covishield) if one has fever and headache? I was not able to sleep last night because of fever, headache and body ache. Please advise. I have sinarest and crocin 650 at home.

I got vaccinated yesterday(1st Dose) and now the side effects have started - low grade fever, fatigue, weakness etc. I previously already had Covid once so I'm used to these. However what is new is high heart rate(80-120). Is high heart rate post-vaccination normal? (Covishield)

Hi doctor, My wife jad takeb covisheild vaccine 48 hours back. She had mild fever 99.8( max) for one day. Now she is having itching at vaccine site with mild pain . Attached picture of site . She is paitent of chronic urticaria since many year.  She used to take alegra sometime. I am worried if anything serious is going to happen ?? Should I rush to hospital ??

6 weeks back I have tested covid +ve . I had cough for so many days used ascroil and montelukast .. But still I am facing a little phelgm at back of throat and getting light cough some times. This mucus is continuous forming after I take it out also .. Due to forcefully spitting out everytime uvuvla has swollen.. What to do now... Feeling very discomfort ... Plz help me.. Iam facing this from so many days.. Drinking daily hot water , what not.

Can I use Inhaler for coughing? I am a post covid patient . I have still coughing after 21 days of recovering from covid ?

Is high CRP (10mg/l <) a sign of inflammation after one month of mild covid or a recurring infection? What can be done to reduce it if it keeps rising?

I have gone through 3 d dimer test all due to random check, 2 from local lab and one from central lab With values and date Done from Local lab: 1 jun (d dimer - .62) 2 jun (d dimer - 1.7 ; crp- 6) After single dose of apixaban 2.5 (13 hour prior to test)and methylprednisolone 8mg ( 3 hour prior to test) Gone for test to cross check Done from Central lab: 3 Jun ( d dimer -.25;  crp-  .91) A single dose may change dimer from (1.7 - .25 ) Can this be possible? Can there be technical sensitivity in this test? Whom shall I trust central lab or local ? Presently consuming 2.5 mg OD Shall I unnecessaryly consume apixaban ? There where no symptoms and test was randomly done!! Which lab shall I follow up and how long shall i go for next test without medication?

After 25 days of covid +ve. I am feeling tightness on the left side of the chest. Is it due to stress or acidity ? Because I did RTPCR, X-ray, blood tests and everything is normal.

From last night I have feel Burning sensation in my both hand fingers, palm & Legs feet & fingers. Today in the morning I also feel this. What is the cause if it? Is it nerve problem?

In his leg little finger he get some kind of wound it's increase in winter please suggest some onitment. He s using betanovate  but no improvement
