Why i feel sudden tiredness,after doing little heavy work it feels like i will have heart attack is it anxiety related because i had panic attacks before but have no history of cardiac problems in family and never tested positive for covid

The tiredness may be due to many causes and the basic routine causes are due to vitamin D and  and may be due to early stage of your panic attack also. Covid infection is pandemic it's better to get covid antibody test to know how much antibodies you are having in your body.

Get a ECG, thyroid profile and cbc done. You symptoms point out towards anxiety disorder. Need more detail history for proper evaluation and management
