I fell off my scooter 5 days ago and scraped my knee skin bad, i washed off the debris with water and applied some ointment (betadine) on the injury for 5 days i have been changing the dressing once/twice a day. It still burns mostly on the white area whenever i apply betadine. I did not visit the doctor because i thought it would be a normal scrape and produce a scab over it but it did not. And i think there is some cotton stuck inside, removed some cotton while i was taking a bath and gently washed the injury with warm water and soap. It burns whenever i stretch my leg but now the pain is reduced as it doesnt burn but sometimes it does whenever i sit for too long and stand up.

I am 43 year old lady and my Covid vaccination is due tommorow.It would be Covaxin .Today I was feeling bit headche and I took disprin to relieve it but just realised if it was a safe thing to do or not before getting a shot.Kindly reply asap if that's ok or I should postpone it for few days?
