Changing Circadian Rhythm
Hey, my sleep schedule is really really bad.
I sleep at about 2-4 am and wake at about 8-10am, I've been sleep deprived for a few weeks.
Now I just wanna change it 10:30 pm to 5 am

Problem in ear
