My mother is having pain in stomach feeling like vomiting. She is having acidity and gas in stomach from last few days intermittently. Please help with some OTC medicine for instant relief.

My fathers age is 80. Yesterday covishield given to him. He has comorbidities. Today he feels light weakness . His bp is 115/65, pulse-72. Oxygen varies from 95 to 97.is it worrisome?can I give any medicine?

I have extreme sharp pain in rectum whenever I try to pass stools. As a result stools come out in small quantities.. it feels like something stuck there which is paining.
