Hellow Docter, My mother age 57 High BP patient and have just started Thiroid Medecine after fighting with corona (home isolation not hopitalised) she says when she walk sometime she feel she is not able to manager her balance feel like she would fall to the ground..kindly suggest this is happening due to covid ? High BP ? Thiroid or due to weekness

Stye on right eye. Swelling is there. Having pain since 2 days. Fever is not there. No other symptoms.

My nostrils have become extremely dry but there is always mucus in my throat. Nostrils are so dry that sometimes I get a weird sensation in my nose. This is happening from past 2 months. And also my face and throat feel warm on touch but whenever I check my temperature its usually 98. I also get extremely anxious about my health. And I need to know is  it something serious or not and what could be the reason behind this ??

Pls tell me what medicine, can cyproheptadine can be given to him,
