I took covishield on last Wednesday...Can we eat chicken? What type of foods needs to be avoided? Kindly advise me

I had my test done and certain findings are not up to mark... Total leucocytes count - 10•14 Lymphocytes absolute count - 3•08 Total RBC - 4•98 HB- 8.6 PCV - 35.1 MCV- 70.5 MCH- 17.3 MCHC- 24.5 Red cell distribution- SD - 60.2 Red cell distribution ( RDW-CV) 25.2 IRON - 24.9 TIBC - 566.2 % Tranferrin saturation 4.4 HDL - 32 LIVER SERUM GLOBULIN - 3.56 These findings are not in range...kindly advice.

Sir I have taken my covi shield vaccina on 15 th march.but it was administrated on me at 8 pm and the vaccine transfer ed to another bottle and stored in refrigerator and the bottle opened at 10 am on that day. Anti bodies levels checked on April 15.and it was only 2.33 units.april 16 second dose taken and anti bodies checked on jun 15.and develop ed anti bodies as 2.44 My request is to clarify whether first one is effective? Even after 2nd dose anti bodies levels are low.what are the level of anti bodies after 2 nd dose? Can i take third if 1 st one is supposed to be waste one?

Hi, Today I got my 1st dose of Covishield vaccine. As smoker I already smoked around 5-6 times after that. Now I heard that it might affect the antibody response from the vaccine. Is it true? What should I do now? Arnab

I was detected Covid on 18th March 2021 . Was having mild symptoms. Isolated for 14 days . I had taken FABIFLU medicine for 9 days , Zincovit , Vitamin C for 14 days . My query is when can I take the vaccine . Is it 90 days after recovery or from the date of Covid detection ? If it is post recovery , then how recovery date is defined -10days /14 days /21days etc from detection date . Pls advise
